My job? Lol. That is a very strange way to call what I am doing. It is not my job La_Regard. I have a different job. I have no income from this, as in 0, and basically, the public part of this place is only directing negative things at me - look at yourself... nothing nice, just bad stuff.
I am doing what I can when it gets out of hand (or when I have the good timing to see something is going to) - as you noticed in this thread. I cannot do more right now. There were times when I could and did more. But that is in the past and not too relevant for you right now.
At a different time, there were times when we had more moderators and moderating this place was a lot more manageable.
Right now my job is so demanding that I barely sleep some days. It is not possible for me to keep a hawks eye on people who do not know how to interact in polite ways (bear in mind we also have a well functioning private part of the forums where we do not have these issues). Honestly, if you think you can do better, and you have the time and money to be a full time admin and mod, yay, let's all go to your site

If you're going to like, HALF care about this, it would be better if you just didn't care at all and just let it descend into anarchy instead of making a half-hearted attempt to deal with it in your spare time that to all appearances is just an annoyance that everyone ignores and gets back to what they were doing anyway.
