It is a force basically analogous to gravity. The further you get from the center of the Earth, the weaker the pull of gravity, as 1/radius^2. Bubbles can only get so big.

The issue seems to be free will. Respecting personal choice is essential. Believe it or not, some prefer ignorance as it brings bliss. People deserve a happy life. Marrying a Mormon. It is a simple pleasure.
