Nime: You would need to get your best physical shape, and then - RECAPITULATION. it will do ~ get Your Soul free and closer (energy body; You will have then energy for dreaming) so You can dream again. So start the exercises and recapitulation, reviewing Your life, before You die.

Thanks. I am definately not in my best physical shape. To start with I have injured my back and had to undergo a spine surgery. This has made me less flexible and physically active hence I have put on weight. I am also a smoker.
Yet I have been trying to be a bit of a warrior and This has changed my life. For example I am never embaressed by other's actions, i have not become angry for many years.
I have started reading CC again (after some 10 years) and rhis time around I want to pay attention not only to stalking but also dreaming.
This forum has been a great help and have been reading for weeks with these being my first posts.
I welcome your comments/advises and would be happy to hear from you and other members.

Hello and welcome.Finding one's hands in dreaming first requires achieving Lucidity meaning your aware that your dreaming an can perform commands using intent.Seeing your hands is an exercise to be able to perform in dreaming. Form the command in your mind before falling asleep.

Try looking at them (while awake) just before you go to sleep every night. And then visualize them, as you just saw them, in your minds eye. Should make it a lot easier.

I look at my hands several times a day and ask muself whether I am awake or am dreaming (only to know that I am awake). I do the same before I sleep in bed.

N I think the important part of this exercise is the visualization of what you had just looked at, with your dreaming eyes. Good luck!
