This position I will define for you is a gem. It requires some imagiation and stalking ability to attain. It requires a few pieces of knowledge to make active. The first peice of knowledge is the Spirit. You must learn to beckon the Spirit to you. You must know how to set your intent and abandon it. Let it go once you set it. A good stalker can imagine the position and the feats he wants to accomplish. However you dont always know every detail of what will occur and how. That is the mystery of working with the nagual. The drunken nagual style allows the stalker to intend something, anything, then let it go and even forget about it. The intent to reach what you are seeking, even if you do not know all the details and the 'how', wil beckon to you this way. Drunken nagual trusts the unknown and knows his intent will manifest. Drunken nagual often has no idea what he is doing, however the spirit is moving him to his summmoned goals. You will find yourself moving and doing things perfectly even though you dont know what you are doing yet. You just set the intent to do something and then let it go, the spirit wil then come and move you to the perfect position, the perfect feat you are trying to accomplish. Drunken nagual lets go and and trusts, allows the spirit to move him. He finds then later that his body, his perfect energy body has moved him to the position, the outcome he has set. His actions guided and controlled by the spirit and his own intent. His trust in himself, the nagual, and the spirit. It requires that you view the spirit, perceive the spirit as a blueprint. A pattern of motion that moves awareness to the desired goal. The stalker doesnt eve nknow how, or when, but he knows he will accomplish his goal and his body will move to that goal automatically.

I love drunken nagual. i like how you can intend your body and your actions to look like a drunken fool, even like you are weak and stupid, fooling everyone.. yet you will walk right through to exactly where you want to be.. i used it many times on my enemies.. to call them out and make them engage me in battle. the outcome is already won. yet you look like you will fail or die and you wil have everyone believing you are toast. then BAM in comes the shot, perfect, precise and to the point. Perfection at its finest.

i like how don juan says that a nagual has no idea what he is doing but it comes to him just the same.. after all how can you know in the face of the unknown? it just guides you, moves through you, and brings to you the gems. seek and you shall find.

I want to take a minute to discuss a hybrid of the drunken nagual position. Initially my allies and yself called it 'looking forward' and then chaged the name to 'next' You may have seen the ovie caled next? Its a mmovie that shows the true nature of art reflecting life. Anyways the position came about from don Juans quote "time is the essence of attention". This means your attention reflects outward and fills the space of time as it unfolds. It is required to locate this position and activate it for you to be able to scan your inner attention and have it be forced outward into the unfolding nature of time. With careful control of your attention you can manifest anyhting you are focusing on. It helps if you find the position of synchronicity in which your ideas and thoughts reflect and align to the moment around you. I stopped using next because it was too powerful for me to control but I have it on the back burner so in the future i can reactivate it and carefully handle the power within.

The power a drunk feels in his connection to his drink is as powerful as a priests connection to the sacremental wine.
the legends of power within water and wine spill through easily in the drunk, sometimes immpeccably and sometimes not.
if there is a nagual position for being drunk it must be very insane to counter the sorceric.

The drunken form of a nagual means his impeccable act of intending his direction means he can let go and not know, he can let loose and trust he will meet his goal, his destination. He can look like a fool and move like a fool and yet he will magically reach his goal. He will find himself doing exactly what he set out to do. He can look like a buffoon and yet still reach the mastery of any action he intends.
