Hello shamans.
Recently, my attention has been drawn to shadows, for no apparent reason. They seem alive for some reason.
Last night, I was meditating in the dark, when again, my attention was drawn to the darkness. Things began to move in the shadows of the room. I could see light spots and masses move. And it was hard to focus. When I walk my dog after sun down, for some reason, shadows catch my attention and seem to have some kind of mass, and inner movement to them.
I remember DJM talking about shadows. But I dont recall his exact words. So if anyone cares to quote him on shadows, or give some insights, feel free.

hmm. I see this a lot, people standing in shadows usually seen from my periphials. sometimes I actually make out faces, or animals. Not sure exactly what these are, but i know they are real.
