(or it did to me). The air enters you with your invitation. Once you have done this, you must then master the wind. Mastering the wind will allow you to use it
to interact with your world and with the Eagle.

5 out of 7 days the wind was strong and filling much.
I did hours of meditating at being one with the Wind

It is good on your retreat you felt strong winds. Have you tried using mirrors with lake waters yet? There is a way to tell.

Take a large mirror to a natural lake and submerge it just under the water so you can still see into it. Then watch and wait.

Fearful? Maybe but my spirit friends seem to be very kind towards me, so I have no fear for that....
The fear is on what it will do to me to intent to get the spirit realm even closer.

I have an Ally I realized out of this thread! A missing part of my warrior album!
For years the Dragon have been with me. Manifesting in Tonal as the Dragon Merlin shows Arthur.
I tell you that I and people around me experience the manifastions of the Dragon. Small things like a blow of the wind, a noise, something special turning on
the path.
Also there is the Shadow that manifest in tonal and that I for some reason never have communicated with. Always gone at first glance he is...
This I will look into in the comming week.
So do you still think I should go to the lake with a mirror?

The other night the shadow woke me up from dreaming 'he' felt like a very gentle wind like from a hand in motion.
Must admit that I forget to look into seeing and getting knowlegde about what it is.

The Dragon is not an ally. He/she is much much more. If you are lucky, you might be the Dragon's ally!
Be cautious with mirrors at the water. Do this in dreaming first to see if your form can stand the shock of battle.
If you can harness it, then go do it in the Tonal, but if you can't it will own you....

Dragons there are more than one some not-so-allmighty Dragons have come to me to help with certain things.
Often times the Black one manifests as gust wind and other phenomenas like that.
As for the mirror in water.
3 times I been there in dreaming, but just before somethings happen some outer event wakes me up
Now I have tried doing meditation infront of water under a tree and at the sea (that was insane wild after 5 min - It took half an hour for my AP to settle
again.
When ever possible I will sit at the water as well as I regulary Intend to have the do the mirror thing in water in dreaming

In lucid dreaming I tried to do the mirror in water thing. I saw the entity around in the water and in the mirror. The dream reality was shaking and then I
lost concentration.

Came to lucid dreaming in a nap and did meet the ally - it took some effort to keep the focus in dreaming as well as holding the mirror steady a looking into
it. Beautiful it was this gate. The Ally looked like something from a horror movie. I was not scared at all ?? It came and merged with me and we made a fine
arrangement.
So I feel ready for doing it in this world too
