the TURN for this is that the reincarnation of morons can happen within
geneticly engineered mindless donor bodies.
for centuries people have postulated that those born with serious birth defects are somehow paying off
bad karma for earlier lifetimes of disgrace
and yet when you talk to the disabled it is obviously not a clear cut rule.
the advent of 1000s of lab grown brainless organ factories
gives the very real end zone for incarnation in that all evil of the mind can be encapsulated
in our future in beings that are designed to have no awarness or ability to act.
even if a good soul is born in such a place
i would hope they have peace and meditation.
