Copy/Paste from Website: SorceryFiles.Com-Warrior Development - NLW - 09-20-2010 SorceryFiles.com Report on the 4 Stages and 4 Challenges of Warrior Development. Vs.1.01 In life there are many different paths to choose, far too many to name them all. However like an undercurrent, there is one path that potentially can show a seeker of knowledge not only many of the secrets in life, but can ultimately give them the chance of getting out of life alive. This path has several names, although we know it as “the warrior’s path”. The development of an apprentice within the Warrior’s path is broken into 4 stages, relative to their personal power, skill, and development of the warrior arts. Originally, the human species were inorganic (energetic) in structure, yet long ago those in that state who came before us, chose to incarnate themselves as a mixture of organic and inorganic in this world, this is why humans have a foot in both states of being. The warrior’s path is the method in which an individual can attempt to evolve back to their Inorganic state, dissolving and taking with them their total being and the knowledge of the organic world. This is not a heavenly state or nirvana; it is instead it is a step further on the path of evolution. The collection of techniques used by a warrior apprentice to free themselves is part of the warrior’s path. To free themselves from first and second attentions (this reality and the collective infinite realities of Dreaming and non ordinary reality), an apprentice must master the 4 stages of the path, known as: The Hunter, the Warrior, the Sorcerer, and the Seer. Consequently these 4 stages also relate to the 4 main enemies that an apprentice must face and master, depending on their stage of development. • The Hunter Faces Fear • The Warrior Faces Clarity • The Sorcerer Faces Power • The Seer Faces Old Age. All of these enemies of a person of knowledge, or challenges, can never truly be totally mastered, they will always show up in different forms on the path of the warrior. What happens is that the apprentice learns to deal with and understanding the nature of each challenge. When a learned challenge presents itself, it is recognized and then dealt with. As with everything, the apprentice gets better at these challenges the more they practice they get. * * * * The hunter stage is mastery of fear. An apprentice first seeks to learn about Fear, how to disarm it in themselves, how to use it in their battles, to identify when it is used upon them and others in the world around them. Fear is a major tool of control in the ordinary person’s life. The fear of violence, hunger, loss of employment and wealth, social rejection, embarrassment, animals, and insects, there is basically an endless list of possibilities. Those fears are used to control and manipulate everyone who is subject to fear, until they master the ability to turn fear into a tool of their own. Without mastery of the challenge of fear, a person will be at the constant pressure of the world of first and second attentions, which will amplify as they age and their level of personal power declines. Many people don’t ever get past the first challenge, although they are deeply adamant they have. The majority of the world’s population (95 – 97%) has not passed the challenge of fear, which is why so many of our race exhibit reactions of fear to so many situations, even when they know they act this way. See how the losses of legal liberties for many of the world’s country people have been taken away by governments using the fear of ‘terrorism’ as a tool. In countries where it was once a right to legal process if suspected of a crime, now it is possible to legally detain individuals indefinitely without any recourse or representation. This is an example of the enemy of fear at work for two different parties. Both are collectives, yet both are subject to fear. One fears the loss of power over one, and the other fears the use of power upon them. * * * * The Warrior’s stage is mastery of Clarity. Clarity is when we view a situation or instance, and feel we know the complete picture of what is going on. An individual can not truly perceive the world at this stage, though they are positive that they can. Basically it means that they will make judgments and actions on the wrong conclusion of information presented. It is mastered by understanding that there are depths to all actions and reasons why they are perceived as such. A warrior learns to understand that the world is not what they think it is. It is a fact that all knowledge is constantly changing, even if it appears to be ‘a solid fact’. Knowledge is fluid in its nature. An example of this could be made of a familiar movie sub plot, where the two people teamed up as hero’s (untrusting of each other) are hunting the bad guy, suddenly one hero pulls his gun and aims at the head of his partner, firing a shot. The other hero pulls her gun and targets her fellow’s head, ready to plant a bullet into his cranium in return, and then realizes that her partner has shot a hidden enemy before she was attacked. Clarity is tricky, because even though there is often irrefutable evidence, there is also a greater understanding behind a situation that will change its meaning. Your collection of knowledge will constantly change as you act and learn more evolving and removing outdated knowledge. Understanding the different layers of knowledge behind situations, history, flows of energy, the parties involved allows a deeper perception into that situation. Warriors use tools such as seeing (the perception of energy) and the arts of stalking and dreaming to understand the nature of realities they exist in. * * * * The Sorcerers stage is when the apprentice faces the challenge of power. Power comes in many forms, many which are evident in our lives. In this reality for example, we are all aware what individuals, corporate entities and governments are capable of huge acts of change, development and destruction, especially with large amounts of money at their disposal. We have seen what happens when it goes wrong, or is misused. We have also seen the good that some of these actions can create for this world we live in. Financial understanding and implementation is a form of power manifesting itself as a challenge in this reality (first attention). It takes training to learn the nature of currency, and understanding that money is more than an exchange for time, services or goods, that it is a form of energy that originates from thought made manifest. To learn to use money, to understand its nature, its perception by your self and others in your environment is one form of the challenge of power. Those that become adapt with it learn to create, generate, and grow wealth also learn how power affects them and their reality. Success in learning to handle the challenge of power also depends on the mastery of fear and clarity. An apprentice learns that power isn’t truly theirs, yet they learn how and when to handle it. The danger with power is that it can warp the views of those who seek it, or have it and do not wish to loose it. Mistakes made at this level can have very tragic results to an individual and the surrounding environment. This is also why it is essential to be skilled in the first two enemies. With the challenge of power, a sorcerer develops their skills in will and intent to succeed or achieve anything they want, even though it may not be what they need, or adverse to their success on the warrior’s path. It could mean for instance that an apprentice can end up sabotaging their allied apprentices, simply because to do so at the right time can drain their fellow apprentices personal power, adding it to their own in the process. It can mean running up a large tab owing the universe, by taking too much or over drawing on the surrounding environment. A warrior learns that Just because they can do something, doesn’t mean they should. Lash backs from mistreating power in its many forms are quite extreme at this stage of development. It can even mean the death of the participant, or that they can even become the opposite of what they seek; instead of becoming a warrior of the path of freedom, they can become a tyrant or a despot. * * * * The Seer stage is when a warrior is fairly learned in the other 3 challenges; face the final challenge, Death. Ultimately the force of death is the key to a warrior’s freedom, yet is it perhaps even more seductive than power. Because of our limited life spans in this reality, we really only have a short time in which to develop the skills and personal power needed to free ourselves. The effect of time upon a warrior can be unnoticeable in many ways, but as a warrior ages, they can become complacent, relaxed in ways that are of no benefit to their training. In a way this enemy is the first and the last enemy of a warrior, as it is there facing us from the first to our last action. While we battle for our freedom, it watches. It comes forth with gentle undetectable movement, lulling a warrior to surrender to their death. This is perhaps when a life time of unbending intent to achieve freedom comes most into play, assisting a warrior against the greatest of challenges. There is little advice that can assist a warrior at this stage, simply because they already know all that they need to defeat it. What is more important is if they choose to do so in a timely matter. * * * * All apprentices will deal at all of the stages in life at different levels. Sometimes they face challenges of power, yet they have not mastered the challenge of fear. The apprentice should focus on mastering their fear, even though another challenge may seem to be presenting itself. In a way, you will find that is may simply be showing the student that the earlier challenges must be mastered first before seeking the later enemies. An apprentice, who truly faces the challenge of power, will also be dealing with fear and clarity constantly during the challenge with power, so it is possible they may fail earlier on if they are not reasonably practiced in these challenges. Be aware and ready for this. It is possible for a person to master the challenge fear and go no further. A lot of those individuals that deal with extreme sports, such as base jumping, mountain climbing, stuntmen/woman are good examples of this. Identify individuals like this is of interest in the practice of the art of stalking. Where upon others may react predictably to fear when it is used upon them, those who are not governed by that enemy will react differently. Interactions between two individuals (for example), one who has mastered the challenge of fear, and the other who has mastered both fear and clarity will often result in many different conclusions. A person who has mastered fear may face aggressively and unnecessarily a situation, yet the other person may appear to succumb to the fear with the same incident, but not actually be afraid, they may simply be using it as part of a plan. An individual who can utilize the third challenge power may react even more differently to those who have mastered the other two challenges. Because of this, be aware of your actions and plans when actively practicing the art of stalking upon others. Not all things are as they seem, and although the world of first attention can be perceived as a world controlled by fear, or lacking clarity, you will find that there are many individuals out there who have successfully learned to face all these challenges, even if it is only in one way or method, and it appears that they fail to face these challenges in other situations. A person who has mastered their fears and not their clarity become an interesting quality of individual, they have no fear doing what they perceive as correct, because they have not mastered clarity, and their action may take them down a very wrong path. Those that master fear and clarity tend to level out or plateau. There is little that they don’t eventually perceive, though sometimes this may take a while, however instead of not acting out of fear they may choose to not act out of understanding, waiting patiently for the situation to show itself. Power can often shows itself around the life of such an individual, yet that individual may choose to never meet that challenge. It can end up with a person who is not afraid to face fears, who has a deep understanding of what is going on, who chooses to plateau at that position, choosing not to face the third enemy. As an apprentice tackles power, they use their knowledge, clarity and lack of fear, to learn how to leverage power in their lives in its many forms. Those who do not ever master power yet continue to seek and use it, can turn into the monsters that we are familiar with, spreading greed, destruction and corruption at life’s many levels. Ultimately power usually destroys those affected this way, which is its inherent nature. Unfortunately the cost to those and the surroundings around such individuals can be extreme, as the leverage of such power can affect so many people and environments across many different countries, even realities. Those that do master the first three challenges can often doubt or are unaware that there is a further level to life. They can become complacent, relaxed, and simply get old and die. They can also become victims of accident and misadventures, as those that master the challenge of power, tend to understand the workings of second attention, or non ordinary reality, and can become deeply immersed in its endless wonder, choosing that over third attention. This is the differences between the path of high adventure, and the path of freedom. Those that choose high adventure become immersed in second attention. Although they may greatly extend their life, eventually they die. The path of freedom evolved from the path of high adventure, those that choose to take on the forth enemy, Death, walk this path. It is also possible, though rare and extremely difficult for a warrior to move from the path of high adventure to the path of freedom. Warriors have fought the forth Enemy over the ages trying to figure out how to free themselves, many without success. The method how was almost discovered by accident where a shaman of the old world succeed in doing so. Since then it has continued first individuals of incredible strength and intent, then small parties, then larger parties of sorcerers. The more that succeed in achieving mastery of the 4th enemy, open the way to others who can face and master the first 3 challenges. We tend to call those who get of life alive, the seers of third attention, and we call the most recent of these individuals, (those that have achieved freedom in the last 500 years or so) the new seers. We call the reality where they exist, the third attention, as opposed to first attention (this reality) and second attention (non ordinary reality and dreaming). Third Attention is not the end of a warrior’s development. It is the beginning of a new evolutionary stage. There the real journey begins as, a warrior is freed from this cradle can begin seeking their freedom and the greater unknown. * * * * A last word We learn from failure, sometimes from the failures of others, sometimes from our own. All warriors mess up on their path. Time may seem to run out, the world may appear to be stacked against them, but the true apprentice must steel themselves and hold faith that they will succeed. As long as you are alive, you have a chance; it is up to you with what you do with that chance. You may find on your journey that it may seem that all is lost. Stop, take stock of what you have accomplished, and then take another shot at it. You will find that you become stronger and smarter because of your failures. Simply choosing not to quit is sometimes all it takes to gain success. Copy/Paste from Website: SorceryFiles.Com-Warrior Development - Lunoor - 09-20-2010 Good post, thanks NLW.
