I've done some serious pondering lately about intent and seeing that i think i've pieced some of what it means together for myself.
When i was reading my first few CC books i was on the biggest spiritual high i've ever had. i noticed a few strange occurrences.
they all took place in my periphials. one morning i was in bosses truck on my way to work. i was in the backseat reading and in the corner of my eye i saw woman knocking on the truck window. i didn't turn my head at first because it seemed completely normal. it didn't clue in that the knocking produced no noise. so i looked up and there was no one standing there. BUT she was sitting in her car (this was at a red light BTW) and she was staring at us. i thought nothing of it and went back to reading. then i saw her again standing at our truck. of course when i looked up she was really in her car.
Later on i told royce what i had saw (he use to be into castaneda) he thought for a moment and then remembered. He said he didn't know how, but he somehow knew that that woman wanted to be in our truck. he then made a joke that she probably wanted to give us all blowjobs (he has the grossest sense of humor BTW).
a day later. iw as walking down the street in a different city. i noticed a young woman with and incredible figure (at least that's how she looked from behind) Much to my dismay, when i walked past her i looked back and she was much older.
she crossed the street and was walking parrallel to me. i suddenly saw a huge flash in my periphials. i looked over and the woman was staring at me (actually she looked kind of like the woman in the car... strange).
another time when i was in Trevors truck we were driving down young and in my periphials i saw to women fighting in the middle of the street. i clearly saw them pulling eachothers hair and slapping but it looked sped up like 30 times. when i looked up they were walking on opposite sides of the street and began crossing the street. i saw them size eachother up in disgust.
now i know intent doesn't mean intentions. could what i have seen been an intent that everyone felt at their core being? is it that our doubles are at the command of our intent? was it their doubles i saw acting out their intent?
i dunno. please post thoughts, comments and/or experiences if any!

I do have stuff like that happen to me at times, but it is like a "time warp".
Trying to think of the best example here ....
Like the time I lived in Sydney.
In the morning, walked to the bus stop to get a bus to work. Looking towards the direction of the crossroads, to my right, where my bus comes from .... at the cross roads .... there had been an accident, where two cars had ran into one another. But when I looked again. There was no 2 car accident there.
This made me question if I had seen the scene before somewhere, in TV-news, newspapers ... or in my dreams. Couldn't think of having seen it before. Forgot about it.
Next morning, when I walked to my bus stop again and looked towards the crossroads to see my bus coming .... there was a 2 car accident there .... just as I had seen .... but yesterday !

I am walking home. I see a friend of mine running towards me crying .... (except that he is not there ... like for "real".)
As I get home, my friend is there waiting & starts coming towards me. Tears are running down his cheeks ... his mother has suddenly gotten ill and is in a hospital & he must fly home ....

If something already exists on "energy level/dimension" .... it is most times as good as having already happened/manifested.
(Though there have been some exceptions).
F.e.x.
I'm upstairs. There is a knock on the front door.
My feeling is of annoyance .... somebody is intent on "selling" me something ... (except that there was no knock on the door, only "other dimensionally").
An hour later, I'm upstairs ... There IS a knock on my front door. Now I know who it is. Those Jehovah's or such again.
I've had this kind of a situation being "validated" time and time and time again .... do I once more need a "proof" that my "seeing" is right, do I actually need to go through the mechanical and empty validation/manifestation process of it ...
No. .... I make a conscious decision to trust my "seeing" & I don't open the door.

It is all about perception. Information fly all around us, all kinds of information! Some people are more sensitive to them than others. Sometimes the info concerns us and our interests , sometimes they seem to be irrelevant beyond comprehension!
Seeing Intent of people as images?? i beleive this is a fact. The energy flows are there for anyone open enough to perceive them.

This is something that happened to me when i was around 15, i don't think i have ever mentionned it before to anyone in fact and it's one think that up to now i haven't found a slightest explanation for.
I was with some friends at the village at summer, we were walking in the street which was crowdy and we stopped to bye something to eat. As we walked back from the pavement to the street, i was left some steps behind. As i walked a woman stood in my way blokking me and i had to pass her by almost touching her. Then a hand grabbed my arm with lots of force and immobilised me, i unconsciousely tried to pull it off but the grab became firmer.
I turned my head in surprised and i was found face to face with this woman. She looked like a gypsy (but i am not sure she was one), she was very fat and dirty and with a first look she looked mean. She kept holding me immobilised by the arm and as she was so close to me she looked me in the eyes. She didn't say a word , she just stared in my eyes for some seconds that seemed like hours. I felt her strict look penetrate my being, i felt transparent and i got the chills. I couldn't utter a word, i felt pinned down by her look. And then she suddently left my arm. I made some dizzy steps towards my company and i said "hey guys did you see that?" i was so upset.. they said "what??" and i said "that woman..' and i turned around and there was no woman there. And i just lost it for the second time because a woman of her size couldn't possibly disappear so fast! I looked at the people around and none seemed to have noticed what had happened -wich is strange because people at the village do get engaged to what is happening around them, a gypsy grabbing a girl like that would have caused some reaction.
I told them what had happened and one of them said "maybe she was a fucking dike" I was shocked by this remark because it isn't in that boy's caracter to express like that, and also that comment was so out of place!
I never saw that woman again.

Ok...these three posts and what happened in them are all different and there is only one common theme.
Elias was seeing the acts of doubles with his double's perception.
Artnwere was seeing into time and events with her double's perception.
Sara was seeing a ally or double (because they can seen the same) and actually saw it wth her double's perception.
Whether the arm was actually even grabbed may not have happened but intented to be felt.

OMFG Sara's post made me realise something important. when i am involved in an act of sorcery. even typing a sorcery on the internet if someone who isn't in Heightened awareness walks by: they can't see the act i'm involved in. in fact my double projects to them., well maybe.
let me elaborate. a week or so ago i was trying out a sophisticated NLP program: www.hypnotica.com . anyway i'm in a trance state, my eyes are closed the entire time and i'm thouroughly aware of what's going on during the story of the cd. anyway i noticed my friends walked into the room. but i completely igonored them. my one roommate tells me that i opened my eyes and looked at him. but the thing is: I was aware the entire time and not once did i open my eyes.
Last night when i was trying "the joke" on my friend on MSN. i was so involved and focusing my intent on what i was doing that my double intervened again. because my friend said i looked at him when he came into the room. only i swear he never came into the room. i heard him enter the apartment but i never saw him in the room.
which means either A. i was so thouroghly involved in my task that i couldn't percieve my actions. B. My friend was lying (he does tell tall tales but he wouldn't lie about something like that) or C.what he saw was my double.

Ok. Here is a story I had "prepared earlier" ... meant to write on Silhouette's thread on doubles ... but didn't ..

One day, (this is quite a while ago now) ... my attention got caught in observing an older Aboriginal lady (from behind) as she was walking in the park at the centre of town. Then I must have blinked or something, because all of a sudden she was no longer there .... she had simply vanished.
I couldn't tell anybody about this experience for I couldn't believe it myself, but when my parents came over I told mum, saying that she'll probably think I'm totally nuts .... but this thing happened .....
To this mum told me that she had had a similar experience one day when skiing; the lady who had skied in front of her had simply vanished like that also. And when mum had come to the place where the lady had vanished, there were no other ski tracks away from the main track.
So we just stared at each other blankly, not knowing what to think, as we couldn't accuse each other for being delusional either.
Sometime after that, when I went into this big resort type ballroom Aboriginal bar, near my place ..... I got talking to young Kenny there. We talked about all sorts, and at one point Kenny started to tell me about this older Aboriginal lady in the centre of town, who appears to people and then vanishes into thin air.
Well ..... now I had to tell my story ! .... and I described her and my experience of her disappearance to Kenny.
I mean I had held this experience secret, in fear of people thinking I was nuts, when all along most people knew about her !!!!
Kenny even told me her name, which I couldn't pronounce let alone remember ..... it being one of those long Aboriginal names.
Then one day, as I was sitting on a bus stop, my attention got caught on an older Aboriginal lady coming towards us on the street ...
And all of a sudden it was like time had stopped to a slow motion (like in the movies) .... and as if the whole world around me had turned gray .... for all I saw was her !!!!
As she walked past the bus stop I had already shifted into such a deep "witness state" .... like an "out-of-the-body-state" .... where I witnessed myself and her from a common/collective AP....and because of this "energy exchange" I came to understand something of her "Dreaming" ... (i.e. the underlying silent intent or principle energy or "the tune" activating her actions or ....her "dance") .... as to why and how she is the way she is ..... and why she seems to appear at the most sychronistic of moments ...
When she had walked past and round the corner, I mentioned something about her striking appearance to others on the bus stop, but nobody had even noticed or seen her ! Talking about being highly visible and totally invisible at the same time ! The barriers of perception are amazing !
It just had to have been her, the lady who vanishes, as she couldn't have been anybody else !

Here in Central Australia women teach women and men teach men.
I love the way Aboriginal people teach.
Nobody can change another person. Any change that happens must come from within. But others can be inspired to change ... by showing example. Verbal teaching is minimal, but when it happens, it happens on the spot when something is immediately relevant to it because of the phenomenal-situation-play and there is a need to clarify or verify something with words.
This is the best kind of "changing others" ... teaching that I know.
Silent teaching .... through example ... is a way of teaching that because it doesn't demand change from others, therefore the change that happens comes from one's own free will ... plus also it enables the teacher remain detached.
It is a win-win situation.
Among Aboriginal people you always silently know who your teacher is ... and visa verse ... the teachers recognize to whom they have got a teaching connection. When people are taught through these silent examples .... and shown "multidimensional" stuff through awareness shifts .... sometimes these teachers, these Spiritual Elders become absolutely awesome in their abilities .... in the service of Spirit and people in the community.

I saw the other day. it was first thing in the morning. i was having a smoke on my balcony. and over accross the plaza is a little stream with some weeds and shrub.I saw smoke rising from a particular place, i saw it fixedly for a few seconds it never occured to me : it was a fire, and that something might be burning. it's like i wasn't thinking but seeing. i shook my head and realised it was smoke but when looked back there was no smoke.
there was no indication of fire. Steam is ruled out because the instant i looked back i would have seen it dissipation but it was gone as if nothing was there.
perhaps i'll check that spot out in the morning.

I checked the spot out. i didn't have time to gaze because i was a live feast for misquito's i thought i saw a black spot to my left. but i got out of there because i was being eaten alive. i went to the plaza and rented a movie. on my way out i saw a few flashes in my periphials. they looked like a shadow man. i turned to look but no one was there.
maybe it was my imagination?

Eilias, a friend and warrior taught me once something really important and usefull)) here is goes: whatever you see or feel or hear when in the wake world, stay calm, don't react to it, act as if you haven't seen it, on physical level just keep doing whatever you do and observe,or stop whatever you do but do it naturally. Keep a low profil) things will be reveiled more clearly then, when you act naturally you will draw no attention to yourself and you will keep the position of the Observer essential for a clear vision.Among others it also helps a warrior keep his/hers senses when reality seems to take a whole different meaning around them)

I've been seeing a lil bit. mostly i see flashes of presences. another time i was sitting at my computer BLASTING music. there was a hollow mirror frame to my right and i saw somebody looking at me through the mirror frame. the image dissapeared and then again i saw the door handle in my room turn as if it were openening (produced no noise). i went out of the room and it turned out my roomates were just getting in the door!
Funny, a female presence has been following me lately. i've never really seen her. mostly just flashes of her. and sometimes at night i feel she's in my bed protecting me, this is accompanied by a strange warm feeling in my gut. i wonder if this could be someones double? not someone from here but someone i know?

I like what Unregistered(d) wrote...I relate to it alot. I am always seeing things appear before me...I see intent and I see people appear. I used to and sometimes still tend to think its someone from the forum every time a face appears, but in truth I have confirmed the faces to be also people I soon encounter in my own location. The appearance does not always seem to mark a significant event...sometimes it does but not always, that I know of anyway.
The seeing is very clear...they are literally 'there' though the vision may not last very long and some are stronger than others. Most of the time its in my mind's eye superimposed on my physical view, but on a few occasions it was more than that. I call it dreaming awake...the figures can have movement or they are sometimes frozen like a snap shot. If I silence my internal dialog, I sometimes get on what is a continuous barrage of 'scenes'. If I start to 'analyze' them that seems to break the connection somewhat or completely. The images themselves will deliver feelings if I am open to it...so no need for me to 'think' because the 'thought' is in the image itself.
