In ASI Castaneda describes that when you're able
to stop internal dialogue for certain period of
time, you cross the treshold to inner silence. The
time vary for every individual. I expect this to be in minutes,
but I wonder if anyone can tell what his personal time is.-------------------

emotions can be induced by I.D., but by my definition,
they are not part of I.D. it is endless talking to yourself,
and it can be emotion free, but usualy most of the devastating emotions are always created by internal dialogue.-------------------
