breathe is the natural high
when we do kundalini yoga we get these itnense rushes that make us feel disembodied and ecstatic
there's no rush like it although ive never taken herouin but id imagine itd be similar
we do this thing called breathe of fire and at 4 in the morning when a few people are doing this our whole bodies are shaking form the navel and we are breathing cycles faster than 60cycles per minute and we all synchronize its like bombs going off
