I remember something in one of the books of Castaneda's that said if we form our hand to have the position to on a door knob and intend our decease out of us, can we do that with flyers too? What else can we intend out with that method?

try tapping fingers tips 1 -2 -3 -4 -4 -3 -2 -1 on each hand to the thumb tips for a simple magical exercise
