I recently heard a stunning interview with an expert in astral projection. So, I'm going to share it with you. In Nagualism terms,it is similar To
projecting your double onto this plain. A lot of the beginning stages of what this man describes as an OBE, i've been through. And he mentions about
letting your mind give up control of your body so that your astral, or dream body may leave.
Another interesting thing: During the interview a woman called in and described the parallel perception perfectly. She mentions how she noticed there were two
of her. she could be one or the other and also be outside both holding both in her view.
