Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - bentheben - 07-26-2008 Hi! I'm new here. I am sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but as I didn't find anything that would be more suitable... Anyway I used to do tensegrity a lot for about 4-5 months. Then odd things started to happen, doors and curtains were moving, there were many big black shadows moving around (at night, especially in my room), I heard voices and sounds like knocking, scratching and so on. Then a week later while I was sleeping something sat on my back. I could feel the pressure holding me down and I heard (and I believe felt) breathing near my neck. I heard were odd and annoying beeping sound in my ears. I was terrified. I didnt dear to move or look around. It lasted for hours. I remember it kinda "attacked" me in wawes, and I could see a gigantic black shadow jumping on me while I had my eyes closed. Anyway since that day on I slept with a light on for couple of weeks. Since my parents are religious they don't allow me to do tensengrity anymore. I also got in touch with a guy who "defeated the flyer" and he said I probably attracted many other inorganic beings, not just flyers. He advised me to stop with everything for some time. So I did. Now I'd like to start again and I'd like to know how. I do not wish to draw attention of other inorganic creatures. I'd just like to defeat the flyer without creating a "ghost house". Well the guy I got in touch with said that tensengrity and recapitulation are the key to win the battle against flyers. Otherwise I know about other things neccesery for defeating flyers (discipline, no self-importance,..) and I am working on them for all my life. I am sorry for my lack of english language and for posting this here. I do now that I should/could come up with everything by myself, but this is the only thing that I'd like to know. Thank you. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - mollymarie - 07-26-2008 I do not wish to draw attention of other inorganic creatures. Sorry to tell you this dear but tensegrity attracts inorganics. If you do not wish to attract them then do not start doing tensegrity again. good luck to you. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - grandspeculator - 07-26-2008 Intend them away. They are overrunning you because you let them. Intend them out of your space. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Bob May - 07-26-2008 Hi Bentheben, Welcome. Stop all of your sorcery, meditation, and Tensegrity for a while. Pray that your holy guardian angel help you. Know that you are powerless against demons and ask God for help. It doesn't hurt to use Jesus' name either. It worked for me. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Blue totem - 07-26-2008 I know Bob is recommending you to stop everything. Personnaly, like you, I couldn`t stop everything. So, if you really wish to continue your practice further, you could try doing tai-chi. It did good for me, and didn`t attract anything. You know, the experience that you described sounded a lot like a psychotic episode. If you keep hearing noises, you might be schizophrenic. You might have to go see a doctor. I`m no specialist on inorganics, maybe you did attract something. Maybe there are many aspecs to what happened to you. Internal and external causes. You could ask Nagual Lone Wolf for advise, he`s probably the one who knows this stuff better. Go in the Wolflands section of this forum, then find ``the oracle``and post you question to Lone Wolf. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - bentheben - 07-26-2008 I don't understand why tensegrity draws inorganic, Castaneda said that it only draws back our energy. So all types of tensegrity practices draw inorganic? While I was "under attack" I tried everthing, I also prayed and called Jesus, God but nothing helped. So I entered inner silence and tried to master my fear and kinda tried to face with what was going on and it was better. I guess that was intending? Well I do not really believe in demons, God,... And I was raised as a christian, but I have never experienced anything and got no proof or help from God. No I am not schizophrenic. My mother also saw doors moving, my girlfriend also heard and saw everything. She also had nearly same experience couple of weeks later (she was doing tensegrity for about 2 months). So none of you are practising tensegrity regulary? About tai-chi, is there the same feeling after finishing practices as it is at tensegrity? Can one feel new energy flowing through the body. Do you have more energy then? Can one intend things easier? After doing tensengrity I could intend things with such ease that it was really great. Thank you for your answers. People have ulterior motives and don't always have our best interest in mind, so you should always trust your own experiences first, and you can see from your own comments that tensegrity does indeed attract inorganics. Regardless of what carlos said or didn't say about it. Anyway I used to do tensegrity a lot for about 4-5 months. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - grandspeculator - 07-27-2008 Try this: Sit in inner silence. Say "I am" two or three times. Imagine a blue egg-shaped bubble surrounding you. This will be a protective barrier made of intent that will prevent the inorganics (and other things) from bothering you. When I said intend them out I meant "pushing them" away with intent. They are bothering you because you are, energetically speaking, open to their influence. Work with recapitulation and inner silence. Sooner or later they will go away. As for your house, say something in this lines "This is MY house. Inorganics are NOT welcome here without MY invitation." Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Nagual LoneWolf - 07-27-2008 The movements attract power that is why they were created and copied. The attraction is to those who cannot be seen. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Bob May - 07-27-2008 And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is a lunatic, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him. Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. There are inorganics and inorganics. What this excerp illustrates is that there are some inorganics that are more difficult to get rid of. Prayer and fasting seems to be a help with this kind and yet UNBELIEF seems to be the big key here. It does not say lack of faith, though. It seems to require very little faith "as a grain of mustard seed." Unbelief is rather something that is blocking the little faith that these diciples had. Jesus had no problem getting rid of the entity. Unbelief seems to me to be some "withold" that is a part of our own selves. Some area in which we are not yet ready to relinquish our old beliefs or our old selves. These disciples had no problem in casting out most demons they came across but this one was different. My teacher used to say that "..of ourselves we don't have the power to blow our noses." This was a man who changed the weather, and had performed many miracles, healings and had 400 volts measured coming out of his hands in a laboratory. I had a real bad possession once that I tried to get rid of for several days on end. It took the form of a dragon in my mind's eye. It wasn't until, completely exhausted and at the end of myself that I realized that I had been trying to command it using the name of Jesus. "I" had been trying to command it. It was at that point that I said, "Jesus, I cannot do it. You do it." Immediately a being of light came with a sword of light (that was the impression I had) and there began a battle within me that lasted about half an hour. My spine undulated like a serpent,...in a way that I would have thught impossible for a human body to move. And the lights from the battle moved through my body at lightening speed, first here then there as if my body were a battle ground. I just watched in wonder at what was taking place within me. At the end, the dragon was gone and I was left with a peace that I have never felt before or since. The lesson for me was "Ego is a very small thing." (Small meaning that it is very subtle and difficult for us to see.) Know this Ben. Until you begin to make progress they will pretty much leave you alone because they have you anyway. If they begin to pay attention to you, you must be "onto something." And don't worry too much. The entities you are dealing with are probably not too powerful. And besides, worry and fear are exactly the way they want you to react. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Blue totem - 07-27-2008 About tai-chi. Yes you have an intense feeling of energy when you practice tai-chi. Brobably very close to tensengrity. Hundreds of thousands of people practice tai-chi, I think its safe. For good results with tai-chi, you have to do it for a certain period of time. Its a question of accumulating energy long enough so that you can feel this energy reserve, or overflow of intent in your body. Accumulating chi. Yes, but Castaneda said that tensegrity only helps redeploying energy, CC: "The magical passes relate to the total human being as a physical body, and as a conglomerate of energy fields. They agitate the energy that has been accumulated in the luminous ball and return it to the physical body itself. The magical passes engage both the body itself as a physical entity that suffers the dispersion of energy, and the body as an energetic entity which is capable of redeploying that dispersed energy.". "It is as if the practitioners, through the movements, reestablish an unused link with the life force that sustains them." And tai-chi does something similar? So why tensegrity attracts inorganic and tai-chi or something similar doesn't? I just can't understand that. And why has Castaneda said one should perform tensegrity as much as possible and not some other practices (well he said one should train some martial arts)? Castaneda said these practices that were discovered by ancient sorcerers and then later modified are very important. And I just don't understand why are they so important, why he talked about them so much, why they attract inorganic...? Anyway I read that tensegrity helps getting rid of flyers. So is it same for tai-chi? A guy on some forum said that he was doing tensegrity for some time and then flyer started attacking him, but after months of attacks he managed to defeat the flyer. How come he only got attacked by flyers and not by other inorganic? Thank you for your answers Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Nagual LoneWolf - 07-28-2008 Returning one's own energy to oneself is important if there is energy to be had. The passes work out realm. Meaning they are movements that affect whats outside one sphere. Never having studied tai-chi other than elementary exercises I cannot make the comparisons. I disagree tensegrity only helps in redeployment. Also there is a difference between a sorcerer doing the movements and average jo-ann taking a popular class. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Blue totem - 07-28-2008 I`m not sure why tensegrity attracts inorganics. Maybe they go crazy on the energy, maybe they just want to feed. I`m not the specialist on the subject. But if you keep doing research you will find out, anf then you can tell me more about it. Go on some other web sites; genaro's hat, the castaneda forun, parallel perception. Try to get some books in an esoteric book shop, try to talk to people with experience... Tensegrity acts on invisible subtle energy centers and pathways. Many of those centers are outside of the physical body, they are in the luminous sphere of man. Don Juan said it was good to stir these centers. So tai-chi is different because it's an exercise about martial movements in slow motion. Tai-chi, like yoga, meditation and chi-kung have the effect of accumulating intent in the body. Tensegrity does that to. The big picture is to raise your intent levels, or subtle chi levels. I've never practiced tensegrity, and my energy levels are very high. I do meditation, tai-chi and chi-kung and it does the trick for me. Many asian traditions have practices aimed at raising energy levels. Maybe you can stop tensegrity for a while and substitute another discipline. Anyway, try to get as much information as you can, from different people, and get a better understanding of the whole thing. "It is as if the practitioners, through the movements, reestablish an unused link with the life force that sustains them." I practiced tensegrity but never saw a flyer or any other weird thing in waking state. The thing is flyers are supposed to be around you all the time. you just do not see them. maybe tensegrity does not attract them, only helps you see them. Castaneda also said that it's much easier to see flyers than other IBs. Can you give me more info about your practice ? what passes, how many etc ... Then a week later while I was sleeping something sat on my back. I could feel the pressure holding me down and I heard (and I believe felt) breathing near my neck. This happens and is reported often by lucid dreamers and is called sleep paralysis. http://www.dreamsnightmares.com/sleepparalysis.html simply do not panic in this situation, just relax and wait. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Bob May - 07-28-2008 Whenever something like this came up with my meditations it was just a matter of fear being the big mistake. It doesn't help and can make things worse. You just make a decision to stop or go on. If you are not ready for going on at this point in time, no harm, no foul. There is no dishonor in that. I once quit my meditations for years after finding myself in a plane of Darkness. When the time was right to start practicing again, I knew. In my opinion, the solution is pretty simple. Just stop doing the Tensegrity for a while and see if your situation improves. If it does you know where the problem lies. But if it is just because Tensegrity makes you more sensitive to unseen forces, (as opposed to Tensegrity actually invoking entities) then meditation and some of the other practices will most likely have the same effects. So it may be a case of maturing a bit and then getting back into it. Like I said before, if you are making any progress, you get noticed. That just comes with the turf. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - bentheben - 08-17-2008 It's not sleep paralysis. I could move and I did a couple of times. The pressure lasted very long. The only reason whyI didn't move more was because I was afraid. How long have you been doing tensegrity? I did tenesgrity from his book "Magical Passes", the first part of exercises. Well once I stopped with tensegrity it got better and in a month or 2 it was back to normal. So the problem is in tensegrity? And as I said before my girlfriend also did same exercises and expereinced very similar experience couple of weeks later. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Bob May - 08-17-2008 "The only reason why I didn't move more was because I was afraid. How long have you been doing tensegrity? " I only answered in the vein of "Doc, my arm hurts when I do this! The doctor says then don't do that. I don't do tensegrity and have not even read the book. But if entities scare you and some here say that tensegrity calls entities, then I would think the logical thing would be to stop. Since your experience says the same thing, ...you stop doing what your doing and the problem stops,... then the problem is solved. My opinion is either overcome the fear or find another source of energy. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Blue totem - 08-18-2008 I agree with Bob May. Stop tensegrity. Find another source of energy. I recommend a combination of meditation and tai-chi. Maybe throw in a little yoga and chi-kung from time to time. Even some good old running just to flush out your stress. You can also become a vampire if you want, it`s easy and the benefits are great. I`m joking Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Vrill - 08-20-2008 Tai-Chi or QiGong is safe. Hatha Yoga is safe. Certain Breathing exercises and Pranayams and Kundalini Yoga and other advanced yogas are generally not-safe if done without a skilled teacher, etc. I am guessing Tensegrity can fall into this category, of un-safe. But it can depend on the person. I haven't done Tensegrity so I can't comment. I would say that this is a pretty clear sign to give up the practice and that it's not good for you. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - heluka - 08-21-2008 tensegrity has the mood of anyone whos done it. when in organics are in ur field u consume them, ESpecially if its behind ur neck! if certain movements attract power from allies its because u are accumulating power and they have come to collect. SO collect THEM! haha. flyers, ???? orbs u mean, the arrows of the ally . the fishing lure. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - heluka - 08-21-2008 we are hunting allies, that is our food. to hunt ones own species is against the law of nature. but when a human is 'all ally' wink, why not feed. muhhahahaha. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Vrill - 08-21-2008 ah, well, it's all about over-coming and facing one's fear, is it not? Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Nagual LoneWolf - 08-23-2008 Yes totally See-it-all. Fear is the common denominator. Tensegrity-battle against flyers? - Hawkeye Crow - 08-24-2008 Some confusion here... Fear , or is it Fright , seems to have some uses in activating the Second Attention. At the same time , some thought forms can overcome fear , such as an overwhelming Purpose. The Warrior idea of having 'nothing to lose' also overcomes fear , although I am seeing that some beings may become apathetic when faced with death. When don Juan made Carlos confront predators, Carlos was forced to act, with no time to think it over. Does that apply to this discussion? |
