How to piss off flyer - seeitall - 02-19-2007
here's a little trick how to take advantage of
the annoying flyers mind and kill two birds by one stone.
Assume the fi mind obturudes you constantly with thoughts
about something (say it wants you eat chocolate). Assume
you want to set your intent for dreaming (or anything else)
whenever the thought of eating chocolate comes to your mind
, you use it as a trigger to remember that you should
set your dreaming and you do it instead of thinking
about eating chocolate.
you reapeat it until either you succeed in finding
your hands in dream or you loose your habbit of eating chocolate or both.
for me - 3 birds by one stone
The third benefit is that this improves my mood
because I think this must realy piss off the flyer.

Seeitall you nailed the flier right on top of the head with your analogy and you can use it for the triggering of dreaming attention and "above all", this is stalking of the F.E. and what I found when you do things like you mentioned not only do you piss off the flier but you gain your energy back by stalking either chocolate or things that really concern us that effect our awareness.
The heart of the matter that effected me is stalking F.E. and how it effected me and learned how for it not to.
Everyone try something else besides chocolate. LOL
I would like to mention that this is stalking in the basic form and was hard to illustrate this but this is a illustration of stalking 101 and please take special attention of what seeitall said because if you don't know what stalking is and want to know this is a good example to act as a warrior.
