The backstory is that I had a back injury that's like ten years old. I had accepted the pain and limited mobility since it happened and thought I'd be living with this for the rest of my life. Every time I lie flat on a surface it would hurt, every time I do crunches it would crack and hurt and so on and so on.
Today a I was doing an insane amount of push-ups as usual I switched to a very uncomfortable posture to do one handed push-ups and while I was going down I heard this loud crack in my back just as I did when I got the injury. All of a sudden this awesome relief filled my body and the exercise got much easier as I corrected my posture.
Since I heard that loud crack I no longer feel the pain and have regained a tremendous amount of mobility back.
I'm happy.

That's awesome! I love it when things pop back into place! I had a similar experience with my shoulder.
