Deadpool isn't a Role Model - Pixie Dust - 05-21-2018

He's on tv, the big screen, but he's a self proclaimed coke addict and is acutely dysfunctional. So definitely NOT a role model for kids.

Yet he backs good causes, speaks his mind, is pretty damn honest, and blurs gender lines. For adults he's an amazing role model...drug stuff aside. Just overlook that aspect. I did.

I see DP and I think "wow, they got it right." He's representative of the frustration in humanity. He's all kinds of functional dysfunction. He also saved that one kid from being snatched up by the wrong side. He's a kind guy, even if he's sort of an @sshole. And fictional.

Saving lives one fictional war at a time.
