There is this website a friend shared with me long ago. I revisited it today. Its very interesting. Its a great place to go if you had a stressful day at work or otherwise. What it has, among other things I'm sure, but I only know thus far it has these stress reducing games. You can play them without downloading anything, you play the demo. First you go to PLAY ONLINE (to the upper left of screen), then it wants your first name, year of birth only and email. Be sure to unclick the box if you don't want their newsletter automatically sent to you. Then after you enter that, it gives you a brief intro and then you can play.
I recommend the smiling faces game. To try it even if you don't think you have stress. Because it will elevate your mood anyway. Its what Normal Vincent Peale called "the power of positive thinking". The idea of the game is to click on smiling faces, and its something you try to do fast. So you are focusing your mind on the positive as instant reaction. If you had a bad day at work, perhaps you met with a alot of frowning faces, lol, hence the bad day. Or just getting bad feedback in general, over the phone or otherwise. So this game de-emphsizes anything 'negative'. I played it and found myself smiling during it.
Its a blue lunar monkey day. Monkey is the inner child, lunar is the polarity and bringing into harmony any imbalances. The day focuses on how in childhood perhaps our sensitivity was not honored, and thus there are blocked areas were we feel its not safe to express or just 'be happy'. In truth we can build these up within ourselves. It takes mental focus to shift how we perceive. At any rate, monkey indicates play and honoring the inner child. These games are a great way just to uplift the mood, they are just games but sometimes in play and fun the most serious achievements occur.

How exactly can you download all the books of Castaneda and read them on a computer?

There is no way I'm going to read those book with that lame type-style and format
I was able to copy the entire book, section-by-section, into my word processing program. I may be able to email it to my Amazon.com Kindle account and have the format transformed and put into my Kindle device.

If I could have found those books at the Amazon Kindle Store I would have bought them.
I don't want the physical books for reasons I do not intend to explain
UPDATE:
Well, I was able to copy both books into my word processor and now I can view them with any type or size I may choose.
Again I say that if I were able to find these two books at the Amazon Kindle Store I would have bought them!
2nd UPDATE:
Okay, I was able to go to an online chat with Amazon. I transferred the word processing file to an (.html) extension file, emailed it to my Kindle account and it automatically transferred to one of my Kindle devices within five minutes. I had to use a different email address for my new second Kindle device...that I just got up and running thanks to the excellent chat support at Amazon.com

With respect to the description of XOXONAPO....had this OBE dreaming experience couple months ago. Not sure if relates to this kind of being or not but, the similarity is interesting perhaps...
Went to sleep after awakening and meditating early in the a.m., laying down in silence as usual in the right sided Lion position. After approximately 15 minutes of sustaining silence, I felt that signature subtle vibratory expansion of my awareness out of my body followed by the slow roll as I separated from my sleeping form. The roll out continued until I felt the separation was complete, almost delivering me down onto the floor beside the bed. I delivered a surge of intent in order to keep from "stalling" into immobility and in a flash I was then up on me feet in my double. I walked quickly to the bedroom door and reached out to grab what I thought was the door-knob. Missed a little left and inadvertantly grabbed the door handle of what looked to be a large, ornate armoire which was now taking the place of our dresser-drawers. I laughed and moved right, grabbing the door knob, making my escape out of the bedroom and into the hall. I then sprinted, in ethereal fashion with airborn leaps, down the hall to then swiftly exit out the front door of our apartment and began to lift off to fly down the breezeway of our complex...but I was then momentarily taken aback by an ominous figure blocking the door....actually hanging upside-down from the lintel above. At first, it looked like a dark abstract form of a vampire. Looking at it did something to my vision causing a staccato layering effect in my perceptual perspective with a rapid series of gothic symbols flashing in front of my mind's-eye, all of which seemed to deliver boluses of knowledge which related to this being's vampiric nature. I then refocused my attention into the moment at hand, making a swift maneuver to not get absorbed into the "spell" of the spray of symbols or the imposing implications of the being they represented. I refocused and looked more closely at the figure in the doorway. Now it was a giant bat-shaped ink-black shadow hanging upside down...utterly featureless...utterly light-less. It was meant to be imposing I could feel, but the impetus and energy of what was moving me forward through the air simply over-rode any hesitation I might have otherwise had. All of this happened in a split second as I flew down the breezeway. I think I slowed down for an instant to take in the vampire-form, the flashes of symbols and the perceptual shift to the inky bat-shaped shadow, but then simply let the impetus of my double accelerate me forward, aiming myself for the heart of that black shadow which I flew right through without slowing down for a second. I erupted through the doorway and arced up into the sky, turning to look at "Vlad" still hanging upside down in the doorway shrinking behind me as I pulled away. I gave a little short salute "See ya, buddy!" and continue into the sky.
