Thanks for sharing this. I just ordered the DVD from Amazon

"Life
itself is only a vision; a dream...

...and
you, are but a thought"

UPDATE: The DVD recently arrived. Very cool! I love high quality claymation animation. God making man out of clay comes to mind

Cool Lee Kuan,

Selfhealedmadman posted an excerpt of the story on the zen thread inspiring me to post this vid here. I love ol' Mark Twain and my grandfather played in those caves before they were a tourist trap. I feel close to Samuel Langhorne Clemens.

I love that.

http://vodpod.com/watch/5...rmfield-1909-edison-film

was trying to find the footage for that simpsons quote on the wiki page 'the only known existing nude photo of mark twain'. the quote is actually more memorable than the phootage.

instead turned up actual footage of mark twain, recorded by edison himself.

love old tymey film. it's so sporadic. i feel like i can interact with it.

heres a good page on CM Burns if youre into that:

http://www.fact-index.com/c/c_/c__m__burns.html

Complimented on his huge wealth, Burns says: "Oh yes. But I'd trade it all for a little more."

anyways this show is relaxing, same style, with nice english voices.

Glad you got the vid and are enjoying Lee Kuan, , the clay two foots are cast into the shard pile when the cup is empty, you and I have a good long drink to it, eh?

AS, I loved seeing that edison video, it was like seeing Twains ghost and the ghost of applied sciencewizard, odd indeed.

Oh, that page on burns cracked me up, his mom dated president taft--daft, hehe, i loved the episode where marge simpson paints him nude, my favorite simpson episode of all. The only exisiting nude photo of Twain and the rare first draft of the constitution with the word "suckers" in it, oh **** that's hilarious, brilliant. The huge wealth quote is great too . Thanks for putting this up, it lightened me some and gave some relief to a kind of harsh day here. I don't have the attention for a longish video tonight so I will get back to Johny Saveloy's Undoing when i do. thanafx AS.

The real question is: If I respond by cursing you out will you take it personally?

I did wonder if you would be tired of all the enthusiastic your welcomes and whack my stack.
