I too have had bouts with madness. it seems that many alternate positions of reality are mad in comparison to the daily world we were brought up in. Not to mention the conditioning that people undergo regarding 'what is crazy'. It seems many of my alternate world experiences are not for everyone to hear.
Regarding your answers that you seek I wouldn't be to worried about how to ask. See you are intending the answers already with your energy body, and 'reality' is aware of your intent already. It does help some people to vocalize their intent but in my opinion it is not needed.
Yeah if you need any help with any of the teachings feel free to ask us. Just be more specific as to which area you are seeking as there is a lot of knowledge to cover within CC's books.
