This is the value of negative emotions, cries for love are cries for completion. As Lonewolf said, "the path with heart can be heartbreaking too." We wander here lonely and forget we are eternity, something must wake us up to remember. I may never reach the goal, the most I can do is love as much as I can while here.you are still on the way of the expectation, that is why you think about broken heart. it is not broken heart that one feel, it is effort that we make to ignore will of our heart. when self-importance is still demanding condition to love.
if we learn to perceive with heart, we learn to recognize its will. and then we choose. to act violent upon heart or not.
pegy, if I lose from my life those I love, I will miss them so much and there is nothing I can do to avoid this broken heart if it happens. I like to think of this now while they are here with me and I can still touch them, speak with them, enjoy their company; it helps me appreciate these loved ones even more as a result. It makes me realize that they are precious to me, illuminates the path that is heart.
We must not take things for granted. This is easy to do if we feel we got it all figured out, all safe and secure. Then a tsunami hits and we see we didn't have it all figured out at all. As nice as it is to come to forums and discuss, if we lost our families it would change our lives, and we should take heed of this. Not because we expect it will happen, but becasue it will show us what really matters beyond our mental conceptualizations, and then we can act upon it, and this will enliven our hearts. Doing this ushers in the magic of eternity. That aliveness of every particle, the connectedness.
