I think that that we should not allow people to edit, leave it the way it is.   I agree with QS as to banning people who are spamming threads.    Also, if we can verify that a certain memeber is Scout, that person should be banned, regardless of the name.   NLW gave Scout many chances.   It is ridiculous for him to "stalk" us with different names.   Very immature.....
