"Funny, I thought this is what we were doing; looking at our structures, personal history, learning about acceptance, unconcern, etc., etc. It seems "I" will need to preface every comment as, "Can I offer a few suggestions?" Or, "Well, this worked for me....."
I'm saying maybe there is nothing to look at...sometimes it's what the other is doing...sometimes. And so measures can be taken to address the relative behavior.
I loved your post...be as bold as you want I say. As long as the intent is respectful of the person addressed, which I felt it was in your case here.
