Take your power back...you might do it in dreaming, might do it in recapitulation, or you might do it fully awake in a heightened state of awareness...
Serloco talks about his 'sorcery' all the time. Its really not hard to psychicly, harm, invade, rape, heal, or take energy from someone with the right attention - I believe I can verify at least some of his experiences for lil'serloc from when I was younger lol. BUT it is not an assault if it is in fact your energy you are taking back. I've been on both ends of this energy exchange myself.
Our thoughts drift to others, and if and when you have taken your energy back you'll get a sense of peace and closure on the situation. Once while at work I actually heard/felt one such person practically tell me from afar, "You know, its okay and I've let it go." He had intentionally taken his energy back and given me back mine...brought a smile to my face. We go our separate ways serenely.
It really is okay, you can let it go.
