The first key to power would be to divide your attention, one with the outrage and the other as observer. This other just observes everything dispassionately without trying to change anything.When you laugh and love, when you experience pain and anger this other observes through your eyes silently. The more often you do this the more powerful this other attention gets. Eventually you will start inhabiting this attention alternately with your ego. IOW you are consolidating power into this new magnetic center which is the beginning of the creation of the double.
If it was my post that triggered you with its length be assured that I put those quotes in there so you wouldn't have to hunt to hard. So Gurdjieff was a trickster and now they have all these schools that hold all the real information to themselves with out sharing. We can still draw on whatever sources are available to us. The stronger the consolidation of the magnetic center the more you will see your path. We as warriors need to draw on whatever resources we can and get as many points of view we are able. I don't know about you but for me the biggest challenge is trying to convince myself to do something such as dividing my attention. My ego just doesn't want to do any work, it demands that all be sunshine and leisure.
