I've been watching US politics relatively closely in the last year or so and I believe very strongly in telling you that NO, you CAN'T just spin reality however you want, and this is IMPORTANT.

Reality is intent/will. If you intend "cant" then cant is what you get. If you 'spin' that outlook around, then you get "can". Intending ability as opposed to disability is a lot more productive. 

Wheat does not grow because a farmer INTENDS it.

If you can't accept that wheat is real, people eat it, and their bodies will die without it, so WHO GROWS IT and how much it costs is IMPORTANT, then we can just agree to live on different planets.

I would also like to mention in passing that everything I just said about wheat is also true about children.
