No, the New Seers cares little for either the circular or the tumbling force.. They just want to remove their cocoon.
The description by DJ/CC was that the "in-between Naguals" focus on the lifegiving circular force made them kind and loving as humans but it didn´t work any better than the focus on the deathgiving tumbling force by the more or less morbid ancient seers.
