The atheist skeptics have attacked me on all sides.
In case you are curious here are the best of my responses to them:
"Please carefully list the things I wrote that made no sense. If, to be on the safe side. we should assume that any rustle in the bushes is either a hungry predatory animal or a hoodlum up to no good then we should assume there is a God who will eventually punish us if we persist in doing what we know in our hearts is not right.
It's not a matter of who to believe in. It's a matter of living in a manner we feel, in our hearts, is worthy to be rewarded.
How exactly does this make no sense?"
"Get a grip on reality, skeptics. YOU KNOW you have blind faith that Michael Shermer is absolutely correct in everything he says. You have such faith without empirically verifying ANY of the information he shared.
Study into the matter yourselves and see whether or not Ganesh is worshiped more than his father Shiva. You should find that Ganesh is NOT the most worshiped Hindu deity in India!
If I am wrong I am ready to openly say so. If you find YOU ARE WRONG for blindly believing whatever Michael Shermer says AT FACE VALUE you skeptics tend to pretend nothing happened. That is because YOU ARE DISHONEST and feel you can afford to be so because you say you are certain God does not exist.
The logical course is to say: If Michael Shermer's information is incorrect on so much as ONE POINT then all his shared information and STATISTICS should be viewed with EXTREME SKEPTICISM. Well, search into the matter about Ganesh then come back here and say you have blind faith that all of Shermer's other statistics are absolutely correct, skeptics!!!!"
"TO HAVE BLIND FAITH IN EVERYTHING MICHAEL SHERMER SAYS, AT FACE VALUE, makes you skeptics just another type of religion. You may not worship, but blind faith in ANY information shared is one of the hallmarks of religion, period!"
"Ever consider you're just too ignorant to understand direct logic. YOU obviously, have blind faith that Michael Shermer is infallibly correct in everything he says. I pointed out that he is WRONG about Ganesh being the most worshiped deity in India. If he is wrong about one thing you should be EXTREMELY SKEPTICAL about everything else he presents. You can't understand this either, right?"
"Evolution, like religion, is man's futile attempt to make complete sense of the miracle of creation."
"If you know what you are talking about then clearly list the things I have stated that make no sense. If you cannot to this then do us all a favor and SHUT UP!!! I'm sick to hell tired of you **** jackasses who think there is something wrong with me because you are too dumb to understand simple logic!!! YOU KNOW you blind faith believe everything Michael Shermer teaches, ****!!!!
If not, then list the things, from this video, Michael Shermer teaches that you disagree with!!!"
"I APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS AND WILL STRIVE TO DEFEND MY POSITION. WHATEVER I CANNOT PROPERLY DEFEND WILL BE UPGRADED, THANKS TO YOUR EFFORT.
OKAY THEN HERE WE GO:
"Please carefully list the things I wrote that made no sense." Okay,
1. "Your overall view is in alignment with SATANISM." For skeptics and atheists, the concepts of god and satan are equally implausible, unlikely, and not supported by physical or measurable evidence.
MY RESPONSE:
The official church of Satan purportedly does NOT believe there is an actual being who exists and is called Satan. To these Satanists, who believe in The Satanic Bible, their take on reality is in harmonious alignment with Michael Shermer's. If you were wise you would have researched into this before spouting your ignorance! Instead you obviously jumped to ignorant conclusions; even as Michael Shermer did when he stated that Ganesh is the most worshiped deity in India
2. "The big mistake of you skeptics is to BLINDLY ASSUME that God is the direct byproduct of religion." No, we think that god is the product of an overactive, pattern-seeking top-down mindset in order to explain that which we don't understand; that we create gods in our own image. But we accept there may be biological mechanisms driving this propensity.
MY RESPONSE:
This "pattern-seeking top-down mindset" you speak of is pushed by be religions, correct? Who else pushes this mindset with greater vigor? So, you are agreeing with me thinking you are not agreeing with me. How about using your brains before you spout out a response.
3. "How about blindly assuming that religion is an attempt to make God a commercially sellable product! Search and see for yourself there is a great body of evidence this is indeed the case!"
You've said skeptics assume religion was created to make money from god? and yet "skeptics... BLINDLY ASSUME that God is the direct byproduct of religion."? So skeptics think religion came first, followed by god, but then religion followed god so people could make money from god. Do you see the flaw in logic here? It makes no sense at all.
And that is just from the first 8 lines of your 95 line incoherent ramble. I'm not going to analyze the rest as you are unlikely to find it helpful, even if you were to read it, and it is a waste of my time. Good luck.
MY RESPONSE:
If you read the Bible you should find there is no indication that Jesus was trying to start a new religion. All indications are JESUS WAS AGAINST RELIGION and wanted to give power back to the people.
I have found that when atheist skeptics say they don't believe in God what they actually mean is THEY DON'T BELIEVE IN RELIGION. Why? Because they tend to blindly assume that God was created by religions to trick and control the masses, period.
I present the alternative that Jesus demonstrated. Jesus made it very clear that religions had perverted the way of the True and Living God. Jesus violently insulted the religious leaders so much that they were enraged to the point of killing Him. So, keep this in mind when you atheist skeptic types put down religion because Jesus would most probably agree with you for the same basic reasons!!!
You skeptic atheist types may think you are against religion, but are you against religion to the point of publicly insulting the greatest religious leaders and calling them names they found so offensive they wanted to kill you? NO, RIGHT? So your gripe with religions is NOWHERE NEAR as profoundly antagonistic as Jesus' was. He purportedly turned over the tables of the money changer in the temple court and fashioned a whip and started whipping the greedy people!!! Do you really think you hate religious hypocrisy more than Jesus did?"
" I say: those who blindly believe books, CREATED BY HUMANS, to be infallible and inerrant are unwitting IDOL WORSHIPERS and are indeed INSANE!!! History will back me up on this!
Now, what flaw do you skeptic atheists see with my reasoning in my statement?
My belief in the existence of God comes through my 5 near-death experiences NOT FROM RELIGION!!!"
"I say: those who blindly believe books, CREATED BY HUMANS, to be infallible and inerrant are unwitting IDOL WORSHIPERS and are indeed INSANE!!! History will back me up on this!
Now, what flaw do you skeptic atheists see with my reasoning in my statement?
WELL, WHERE IT THE FLAW IN MY REASONING HERE!!!!
CAN'T FIND ANY, RIGHT ****!!!!!!!
You and your kind would like to blanket brand me because you are blind faith believing morons in Michael Shermer and people like him!!
OH, YOU DISAGREE??
WELL THEN, WHAT DO YOU DISAGREE WITH IN WHAT MICHAEL SHERMER SAID?
((( NOTHING, RIGHT? )))
You're a skeptic, blind faith believing ****!!!!!"
"YOU WROTE: "Yes, I agree with you if you accept evolutionary biology as the best descriptor for the existence of life on earth."
MY RESPONSE: I've been tricked too many times. I now ONLY BELIEVE that which I personally verify as true. I no longer blindly believe ANY authority figures or ANYTHING they may tell me unless I personally verify it.
YOU SHOULD LEARN THIS IMPORTANT LESSON!!
For you APPARENTLY blindly believe everything Michael Shermer states in this video without personally verifying it and that is BLIND FAITH INDEED!!!!
You skeptic types are very much like the blind faith religious in that you ACT as though you know things for certain THAT YOU DON'T KNOW FOR CERTAIN!!
JUST BECAUSE YOU (((THINK))) THERE IS NO GOD
DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN THERE IS NO GOD!!!!"
"BULLSHIT!! The statement I made about people blindly believing books comes straight from my heart. I didn't make it to uphold atheist skeptic beliefs. It is the core of my CURRENT beliefs AND NOT JUST TOWARD RELIGION, but towards **** atheist skeptics who blindly believe THEIR SCIENCE BOOKS!!!!
Yes, people like YOU who blindly believe authority figures like Michael Shermer at face value, EVEN AFTER I pointed out his error about Ganesh being the most worshiped deity in India!!!!!
You don't want to see just how wrong you might be about a great many things. You blindly believe the "OFFICIAL STORY" on any scientific matter like the good little proverbial 'trained monkey-boy' that you are!!!"
"I don't blindly believe ANYTHING I have not personally verified. I will not deny my empirical experiences to please the scientific world. I empirically verify that the sun goes around the Earth. As for the Earth revolving...that is mythology to me. It may be true, BUT NOT FROM MY PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE!!!
It may only be true for those who live out in space
WELL, I DON'T LIVE OUT IN SPACE!!!!
I do not perceive the world to be a sphere or round or perfectly flat
ALTHOUGH I WILL OPENLY ADMIT that the only time my bicycle wants to roll by itself is when I am on a hill. When I am on FLAT GROUND my bicycle DOES NOT want to roll anywhere so that is evidence that the Earth is very flat except in hilly areas.
I COULD BE WRONG ABOUT MANY THINGS
AND SO COULD YOU!!!!
I suggest you keep an open mind always ready to find your are wrong about a great many things"
" Like it or not MY LIFE IS ALL ABOUT ME just as YOUR LIFE is all about YOU!!! That's just the way it is whether you want to believe it or not!! I have my own personal universe, I exist at the center of, and it is completely different from YOUR personal universe.
I don't claim to know what exactly happened in my near-death experiences. They could all have been some sort of elaborate dreams or...
THE WORLD WE EXPERIENCE COULD BE SOME SORT
OF ELABORATE DREAM!!!!
The scientific opinions about near-death experience differ between the atheist view and opinions of those who believe some sort of intelligence is in charge of the reality we experience
Just because YOUR authority figure does not believe in God and writes about near-death experiences from that perspective does not automatically mean he is correct. The converse is also true. If you are truly wise you will agree with this statement.
Purportedly, Einstein did NOT want to believe the discoveries of Quantum Mechanics, but after many years of fighting against those discoveries he eventually gave up and had to admit HE WAS WRONG!!!! Yes, Einstein was WRONG to fight against the latest discoveries of Quantum Mechanics.
WHAT MIGHT YOUR PRECIOUS ATHEIST SKEPTICS
((( LIKE MICHAEL SHERMER )))
BE WRONG ABOUT, EH?
HE WAS WRONG ABOUT GANESH. I suggest you take that as a sign of more WRONG assumptions of his"
