I remember Yngwie Malmsteem saying that his whole guitar styleis based on the emulation of great violinists. I can see that


Like the great violinist Paganini, they say Malmsteem sold his soul to the devil
That's why he can play guitar as he does. I don't know if this is true


However, I don't like his songs. I do like CERTAIN THINGS about his guitar playing
That much is for certain, and I do indeed want to learn 
JUST THOSE CERTAIN THINGS
