The above video at 2m15s starts beginning of the guitar lead break
from the Beatles' While My Guitar Gently Weeps.
I've been working on this lead break for a while and still need to build up
my string bending callouses to fully pull it off. My poor pinky hurts just typing this post.
I intend to be getting the same overall effect, but I use heavier gauge strings
than Eric Clapton obviously used so it is more taxing on the fingers to bend the strings
as he did in the song. I just need to build thicker bending callouses.
I tend to use more sliding up to notes rather than bending the strings.
I like my guitars to be ready to play Jazz and those light strings
are just not good for jazz.
