The Spirit has put me through hell and continues to do so.
if i can offer a suggestion, i would refrain from intending spirit to 'continue' to put you thru hell, i know you probably see that, yet you are perpetuating the intent..
i found that i was going through difficult times yet i learnt that it was my intent that made it difficult, i intended difficulty, i could only say things like 'things are too difficult for me', i learnt that you can shift and say that it is easy, that even if you think it will be difficult, it will be easy. for me life is not suffering, unless you say 'life is suffering', i intend ease and well being, things are easy for me cos thats what i intend, yet i am pushing myself beyond my limits at all times, also solutions can arise from inner silence, knowledge and power.. i learnt you can make things easy for yourself or difficult, the amount of work is the same
