good example sacateca, what you wrote shows what i am saying, how you were giving power to external influences (invisible entities), how you called them invisible (gave them power to be unseen) and reacted as a victim, your reactions flued the entity (you have created this situation yourself and perpetuated its existence)
you're not giving yourself power to change the situation, to shift to a different position, ("at my current personal power level"), i see you are trying to tolerate the situation as an ongoing thing, rather than dealing with it.
einstein said no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it, the way i see it you have to rise above, and take back control here, not by 'force', thru intending easy solutions, suspend judgement instead of reacting wildly, and look for the answers in inner silence
