Making your own space: personalized energetic movements

I am glad Sen and Rosy did not delete thier posts too. Glance would look completely crazy having conversations with himself....lol. I really like this sub forum and this post....to create our own personal space. Rosy gave a good example of using art/science instead of the bodily movements (both equally beautiful). I have found ways through silence, movement, art, and music...to clear my head and connect with spirit.
