Well so far i have been spending 10mins a day going inward and its working. Im jotting down ideas about what I can do next and I also got a few calls for work this week so far. so thank you very much for the suggestions. After reflecting on these posts I had a few questions.

Are you referring to day to day activities? can you give me an example of little things that work best for you?
And Nemo you said there are very few groups who practice group dreaming and they dont reveal much. Do you have an ideas why that might be? I mean why keep that information secret? could it cause them harm?

luminous potential im not sure quite what that is? is it our energy capabilities?
