<<I'm amazed That this could happen so soon. Can anyone tell me how i can reach this place again? >><br><br>In the Old Testament it is called building an altar or setting up a stone. It is a way of marking a place in consciousness.<br>My old teacher said the way to go back to an experience is to "remember the feeling" of the experience.<br>These two are really the same thing. <br>The rules to building an altar in Scripture are that it must be an "unhewn" stone. in other words,it is not carved into a shape or changed by tools in any way.<br><br>Jacob used a stone for a pillow and slept and had a dream.<br>He saw a ladder set up that reached from heaven to earth. (lines of the earth?). At the top of the ladder he saw his Lord. When he woke, he "set the stone up" and said "surely, the Lord is in this place and I knew it not".<br>And the he named the place Beth El or house of God.<br><br>He was not naming a place on a map. He was marking and naming a place in his spiritual experiences. He could and would have had this experience no matter where he was. It was an awareness that there is a framework (ladder/lines of the earth) that permeates this world and that behind it, and above it God stands.<br>Being that the stone he set up is not cut with tools, but only set up on end, there is not anything we can really do to set it up. Except pay Special Attention to these EXPERIENCES and NAME THEM.<br>You will notice that these spiritual experiences seem somehow Familiar, even though it is the first time you have experienced them. This is because you are not on a Journey to somewhere you have never been, but on a Quest to Return to a place where you have come from.<br><br>My teacher once told me, when I asked him basically the same question that you did: That sometimes we are given an experience that is way beyond our ability to comprehend.<br>And that it may be years before we can reach it again.<br>I have named them: the "Coat of Many Colors", "Liquid Blue/White Lightening", the "Darkness Which can Be Felt", etc, etc. I will have these experiences again someday.<br>Your experience sounds more like an ability you will come to have over and over and begin to develop and master.<br>Hope this helps, and good luck.<div class='signature'>Bright Flame</div>
