I just managed to transmute my skin into light energy and had it twinkle like diamonds. I think it is important to death defying to be able to transmute one's form, and pivotal to the conquest of defeating age. Once one can effectively see their body in different ways many ways become accessible. The key is to perceive yourself as a fluid being capable of shifting. Even the slightest shift of perception of yourself can result in a transmuted form.
