So since my battle with the before mentioned allies I had been healing my energy body as I have said and the side effect left my belly feeling a bit ill and was in pain.. I called the pain my ally, as I have a pain ally that can heal and remove pain very quickly. I have taught this ally how to do it prior and if you read my post about it in this thread it goes into detail about the shifts I have learned to perform to remove such pains. Almost right away, as soon I called it my ally, and not my enemy leaving me helpless, it disappeared for me. I love my pain ally!!!! He was there the entire time too.. The coolest thing about him is that he does not need me in any way, I do not have to anymore that he can do it because he already can. Even when i am intending failure and not having faith in him. That is how I crafted his form of awareness, to succeed even in he face of total failure and doubt, a position of victory that have attained for myself from my journies through Hell.
