I remember then at the tie of my cia training that I had learned of parallel twin positions of reality, which basically meant i could clone a city and take it into a dream to make it different or to copy it and rearrange it. I could remove anything i wanted and call most of it dark energy that is not yet formed so i could form it in the ways i wanted. The cia had e make the a twin city of their very own to populate with only cia people. I ventured out for them like a lone wolf in the night and dreamt for them an entire empty city that they later took as their own and filled with only cia employees. I felt like a slave afterwards and i hated it but i made some good and powerful allies in the process. I remember the newspaper i read that night in that city declaring that crime was non existent because there were no people in that city yet. It was kind of a joke my ally made with me.
