Man its really exciting to see my progress!! I tell the wound what to do and then relax my eyes and watch my vision for from my teller, my commands. I know I am making baby steps but its all building to something bigger. Rapid regeneration. I used to have three puncture arks and now its down to one. The trick is to hold the new formed image, once it shifts from the command, and then let it become the new real image. I find my eyes can shift back to a reset of the old wound. Its back sliding but i focus on the positivity because it shows me my progress. I get to see how far i have healed the wound and then i reset back to the updated form. Holding, and telling my hand to hold the progress works. I foresee this is the small seeds to a huge gain.
