Gazing session this a.m......all these insights here (thanks everyone!) swirling and merged in a cohesive experience/state in which the world of solid objects around me dissolved and was replaced by a spray of gold and blue light. Just awesome! I hope I can hold onto it...and convey something of what came pouring in.
But, honestly....I just don't have the intelligence to bring it all together...just a few lingering highlights/subheadings:
It all kind of came twirling around the notion of conflict resolution on a vast, multifaceted/-leveled scale.
I remember a moment in which LW and Lujan took a step toward one another in a momentary flinch toward collaboration. But, ofc, it didn't work. There were elements of fixation there in terms of personal perspectives which wouldn't budge...which was nobody's fault. The timing wasn't right, I don't think.
But still.....the notion of collaborative intelligence....and intelligent collaboration. We can't have intelligent collaboration without collaborative intelligence! What does that mean? I think it means something like stepping outside of our own perspective and its inevitable limitations, no matter how vast and how clear our clarity has become. Nobody sees all....unless one has truly become....nobody. And, as long as we're all here chatting together, no one is nobody, is my best guess. So, humility. Opening up to collaborative intelligence that fills the gap from lateral directions....the gap that is there because of the limitations of our clarity.
This vision of the space program in the 60's/70's. The sense of urgency (even though driven by asinine cold war competitiveness) to achieve escape velocity....and then actually point ourselves to specific location out there in the unfathomable volumes of outer space with careening celestial bodies flying around (it's insane to think about!) once free of earth's gravity well. No single person accomplished that. I would have been impossible without the collaborative efforts of hundreds/thousands of people working together. Compromise....well, no....I don't think compromise is the right word. What is? IDK. Still, concessions on some level were necessary in order to work together. Think of all the ego's involved....the disparate points of view! And still, at the end of it all....there's a flag somewhere up there on the moon...which is both utterly incredible...and utterly absurd at the same time!
With that in mind, all these elements floated up and began to piece themselves together, brought in by everyone here...
Intelligent collaboration
Simplicity and the power of simply directing intention...the trust to let go and allow the source of intelligence/collaborative intelligence to do what it does best. To accomplish its own directive
Personal forbearance.....to withhold contributing to "cross winds" which interfere with free/clear intention. Withholding greed...power lust....egomania....obsessive need for control....anything that extends beyond my jurisdiction/field of containment, probing/prodding/groping/grasping....all that stuff. Just pull the threads back into containment and allow what's coming to unfold at its own pace. Something along these lines.
Unbending intent! With courage....personal power feeding back into itself/allowing itself to flourish and meet greater and greater challenges which spur it to grow. But also, with humility to allow for collaborative support/collaborative intelligence to fill in where, perhaps, personal power is at the moment lacking.
The notion of "conflict resolution" with my "Foghat" (
....thanks, Sen! ) ...the thing sitting on my head (I can feel it right now). My personal beef with the flyer mind. Dealing with the specifics of the tendrils (grass roots revolution, in a manner of speaking on a personal level)....without resistance, anger/frustration, disdain, repulsion, aversion. Almost coming to an agreement, in a way, with that insatiable compulsion to self talk? IDK...want to be careful about the wording....almost to the extent that I don't know how to talk about it at all...but I have to try. This notion of the possibility of synergy...symbiosis as Serloco put it, but without compromise of integrity.
All I did was become silently suspended within the possibility and I saw the "foghat" dissolve and flow downward, loosening its grip, while this column of light flowed upward, extending its influence, becoming this open ended (above and below) hour glass configuration. It was then that the session opened up and things spread outward melting through the solid state.
Just some considerations. I don't know if all of this is actually possible....but it seems like it should/could be!
