The future world of humanity has the inorganic world running in parralel.
The issue really is one of potential energy
and if there is any need for the "alternate" dimensions of the inorganic
in terms of humanities future?

parralel dimensions- share facets of our world and are parralel because they have parralel effects.
alternate dimensions have different facets to our world and are alternate because they are not the same.

a "pure parralel" dimension cannot really exist as it is identical to our own and hence no different
a "pure alternate" dimension cannot be percieved as there is no language of accord or reference.

all worlds fall into varying degrees of parralel and alternate as a ratio in comparison to our own.
