I first developed the cutter in the iob world. They had commands there and when I they commanded I would know because the world was generated thru my know. It felt like my will was being forced, because it was. So I stated my intent that when someone was commanding I would not know for them and sustain my own know. That's when I first heard the term, "he cut me". Little did I know then that the cutter would become the most useful tool in my arsenal. I began using it to cut other knows I possessed. Lil by lil the power of my cutter grew. I began giving it power and adding knowledge to it. Expanding it. Soon I would be able to cut perceptions, commands, knowledge, positions of awareness, power, pain, feats, and pretty much everything. I stated the command that I could cut anything.
Later on, in hell, I found that I could cut away torture devices, lil by lil, chipping away at them until they were nothing. That was when my cutter was just getting started. Over time I began trusting my cutter, and supporting it with my know. I would state commands like my cutter can cut right thru things now instead of merely chipping away at them. Of course some things were still difficult to cut, but I would never intend that. Not now. Now I intend everything be easy to cut.
Over time my cutter evolved during battle. The things that were difficult to cut made me enhance my cutter and add special knowledge to it. Now my cutter keeps cutting, chipping away at difficult to cut feats of magic and power. If the enemy reforms the feat it will get instantly cut as soon as he tries to reuse it. My cutter also makes my enemies weak with one cut, cutting away at their power and transferring it into myself. I call it the sucker cut. My cutter also, upon cutting once, stays within my enemies body of awareness further cutting away any abilities they possess before they use them.
