The infiltrator will be able to probe the mind and body of awareness. Mimicing thought patterns so the target will think it is his own mind doing the probing. I am thinking of adding a special feature called the pay check, where the dormant virus also works in symbiosis feeding the good people power and knowledge. I am thinking that the virus can be a schiz, a carefully controlled split of the mind and will of the targets. This way I will not need to generate new life forms to carry out the task.
