The schiz virus will control auditory and visual perception ,so when the infiltrator is playing a scheme it will take over and duplicate reality so it will look like the idea being fed to the enemy is true. For example lets say the enemy is suspecting a member of his organisation of secrets and false accusations then as the target is looking him over he can be fed a 'shady' perception and dubious actions. Maybe even the enemy questions the "friend" then the infiltrator can take over and make it appear that the "friend soon to be enemy" appears to be lying. Mastering hallucinations is a useful trick of a schiz mind. Some may call them illusions. Lets say a confrontation develops and the illusion appears that someone, a friend within the organisation, is about to attack, or is attacking them. Surely this will cause the enemy to attack his friend in self-defense.
