Yeah, this intention would feed into the whole process quite nicely as well. Intending pure, clear memory of those events that need to be recapitulated/recovered....so that no stone is left unturned.
Intention of recovery of all lost memory.....lost power.....lost energy.....lost knowledge....lost awareness. Intention of everything restored to youthfulness with the benefit of wisdom gained from power lost
