So lately I have been taking some time and thanking my body, and giving it love. Surrounding myself with beautiful music, and things I enjoy. The first time, after knowing the effects of saying thank you and showing compassion to myself, I felt amazing. My head buzzed and felt so great.
I really suggest adding this to your daily life, and taking the time to love and bless yourself. You never know what the effects may be.
