Alignment of humanity
#3
This is a good reminder.  The compulsion, when undergoing recapitulation I tremember, is to focus obsessively on all those moments when life was at its worst....being bullied, embarrassed, fearful, in a rage, enmeshed in lust (the ugly, dark, greedy kind I mean), in acute pain and desperate to be free of it, lazy, bored, irritated.....on and on and on.  Pessimism perpetuates itself.

It's important to range fully, I'm finding, when looking back....look at the best moments as well and dive in just as deeply.  And then when looking around.  I mean, that's part of the point of the recapitulation I feel is to be free of the devilishly obsessive compulsion of mental distraction/projection in order to enjoy the energetics of what's going on right in front of my face Smile  It truly is an unfathomable wonder.
