I thought all of the site is allowing edit for 3 hours now. That is what I set for everybody and it should apply to all of the site. So now I'm like... I don't get it. This thing will need a lot more examining... and there are a bit more important things I still need to examine. So, right now I cannot promise any speedy changes. sry. I already tried that and it doesnt seem to have worked

Gotta just make a post in the admin / mod log and state what post you want instead of which and we will do our best.
havent read your next post yet, it just notified me you made one while I was writing this. But seeing what you ask: health.. I think I clarified later in the post that I talk about balance... so at least that part was better explained for you. In general, I do not think health is anything as complicated as you make it seem
