I think the isolation was simply of the intent to be stabilized deep within. That brought a clear vantage point of perspective to appreciate the full spectrum of violence/confused darkness/ugliness and then, it's polar opposite, beauty/luminosity.
I hadn't considered that both the violent shadow and the luminous blue butterfly might be the same being so, thanks for that
I think it's important to see things in this light, ultimately. It certainly jibes with the central point of stabilization and how it resolves opposing tensions
