There are many ways to work with illness and disease, and there are countless ways in which to gaze. Gazing is not just done through the eyes but through the attention. The position of your inner self being key. The focus of your attention. Remember even the knowledge you possess about any disease, if accepted, is the paradigm upon which you cast from initially. It is the starting position upon look at the illness in which you begin to proceed from. Any shifts of how you perceive the illness will form a bridge from your attention to the illness from which value is assigned. The key is to control the value you assign to your body, or to the target's body. You must control the shift of your perception of the illness.
